Five Guys - Tisch resevieren

I placed order and beside my order been 70% wrong, I paid premium price and requested a regular fries, my bag had literally 17 fries and door dash guy left at the fllor outside my home. I guess won't want take risk of me opening the bag and see but what got me mad even more was for the fact when I called the store, the girl who answered me didn't care and show no intentions to at least say sorry. When you pay $46 for burger, fries and BLT, you expect at least your order to be right. My advice, don't order online, they are great if you go yo the store. My order was on 4th of July at 3pm. Every time I visit this restaurant, there seems to be a delay with starting my order. It's as if they're more focused on ensuring the order is picked up than actually processing it. I end up wasting at least 15-20 minutes each time I'm there, and I'm not compensated for that time. Do they ever wonder why their orders aren't delivered as expected? The reality is that many drivers, like myself, end up canceling the run because it's simply not worth the time lost.

Fresh ingredients, flavorful food. Little pricey but well worth it. I normally have the cheese burger all the way which has 2 patties, cheese, ketchup, mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickle, sauteed onions and mushrooms. This time I tried the BLT and the bacon was great, the ratio of bacon to bread to lettuce was perfect but the tomato wasn't as flavorful as I hoped and I wished for at least another slice or two.

If you're a burger lover, you'll definitely enjoy Five Guys. Their French fries are absolutely amazing, and they've just added milkshakes to their menu, which are quite impressive, I must say. this place deserves zero stars! not even edible as they see in this picture. a cheeseburger ordered as a bowl it was delivered by ubereats and that is what I received. disgusting? that is not even a pig food! there are better fast food places in the opposite, I will not recommend this place to everyone!

My first time eating at one of them. I wasn't sure how to order. I had to keep asking questions.It would be nice if the person at the register would say is this your first time visitingThen, I wouldn't feel so awful asking tons of questions.

For the very first time I was totally disappointed in the french fries. They did not taste fresh at all. It seems like they were precooked and left setting. They were barely warm and it was just the biggest dissapointment ever.
