This was my first time at a Five Guys. I always get them mixed up with Shake Shack and can 't remember which one is better. Lol ANYWAY, Five Guys is amazing! And amazingly expensive! $25 for a cheeseburger, small fries and a shake. No extras. ? I mean, the burger was in my top 10 very good but the fries were basic level good. Nowadays that qualifies as f*cking super duper extraordinary but times are tough and fast food is a crapshoot anywhere you go. I ordered the Grilled Cheese Sandwich along with Regular Fries, and it turned out to be the strangest grilled cheese I've ever experienced. I can't recommend it. The cheese was surprisingly flavorless, and the entire sandwich was overwhelmed by the taste of oil and raw, cold jalapeños—which I had added, but they were thickly sliced and felt like an afterthought. On the bright side, the fries were fantastic and perfectly satisfied my craving for something salty. The fries alone will definitely keep me returning!
This was a terrible experience. The money spent was definitely a waste of time. The management (Lisa) was rude to my daughter and myself, the restaurant was dirty, and crew members were trying to cook my food without gloves. I will never be returning.
The staff were incredibly friendly and made sure my fries were not soggy when I picked them up. They packed everything right in front of me, which I really appreciated. The food is always excellent!

My bacon cheeseburger was, without a doubt, the best burger I've ever had in Baltimore! I don't know what kind of beef they use, but it's definitely a superior quality. I'm in love with it!
On Sunday night, I visited this restaurant with my family and was disappointed to find that the establishment was dirty and my food was not prepared correctly.
