Please exercise caution when ordering from this establishment online. If you opt for a regular-sized Diet Coke, you will be charged an extra $2.85, bringing the total cost of your small Diet Coke to $5.64. Alternatively, you can choose a different flavor when placing your order and pour yourself a Diet Coke at the restaurant. I previously brought up this issue a few months ago, but it seems like my concerns were either ignored or this is a deliberate tactic to extract more money from customers. Unfortunately, Five Guys, you will not be able to profit off of me. Your attempt to charge me an additional $2.85 has cost you a loyal customer. I will not be returning.
The service at this restaurant is generally good, though they can be a bit backed up at times. Due to the pandemic, their hours have been shorter so it's best to check ahead of time. They are accommodating and willing to make adjustments to orders that can't be specified over the phone, such as asking for light salt. However, the phone line always has a lot of background noise, making it difficult to hear. It seems to be coming from the kitchen appliances but a better phone could be installed to improve the communication. Despite this issue, I have frequented this restaurant multiple times and have always had a positive experience.
the 2 young men who waited for us and cooked our meals were awesome! the bst was very friendly and friendly. my one and only flag was I wished it looked and smelled as if it had more cleanliness in the area. I would still return due to such a great service and her smiles were amazing! great job!
It seems like my order was the last one of the day. I wouldn't recommend going there 10 minutes before closing. The fries were fresh, but they were so salty that they were inedible. Eagle restaurant is just down the street, I suggest going there instead. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
my last command had very freche pommes, so I had to ventilate them. it wasn't a problem for me, but they were out of utensils that were strange. my burger also lacked a decent amount of hits for a bowl. it tasted great.
The staff was warm and hospitable. The food was served piping hot and freshly prepared. The fries were cooked to perfection - crispy with just the right amount of salt. Quick service of delicious, high-quality food.
among the best burgers that ever had. many adjustment options for their burger, fries are crisp and fresh, and from my experience the pop machines are never from the whack (wrong amount of carbonation, taste, etc.

I had the cheeseburger and it was very satisfying! This is the best place to get a lettuce-wrapped bacon cheeseburger!
