I previously brought up this issue a few months ago, but it seems like my concerns were either ignored or this is a deliberate tactic to extract more money from customers. Unfortunately, Five Guys, you will not be able to profit off of me. Your attempt to charge me an additional $2.85 has cost you a loyal customer. I will not be returning.
The service here is pretty good but they can be backed up a little at times. During the pandemic, their hours have been shorter so make sure to check ahead of time. They’re always willing to make adjustments to orders that can’t be specified over the phone. For example, light salt. My only complaint is that their phone line ALWAYS has a lot of white noise for whatever reason. It makes it very hard to hear them. I’m guessing it’s because of the kitchen appliances, but there’s got to be a better phone that can be installed. After all, I alone must have given them multiple times that in business already : .
Every time I come to this Five Guys, I always notice how friendly and helpful the staff always go beyond and beyond and this is so rare to see today. This location is always clean and well maintained, I always see employees clean both inside and outside. The food has always been fresh and delicious. One of my best experiences and heart wars. No complaints, as soon as food goes, this place is great! I really enjoyed eating there because of the staff. About normal fast food expectations. I recommend this place to everyone, even if you come by. Keep it!
the 2 young men who waited for us and cooked our meals were awesome! the bst was very friendly and friendly. my one and only flag was I wished it looked and smelled as if it had more cleanliness in the area. I would still return due to such a great service and her smiles were amazing! great job!

Apart from Whataburger (which is not local to Chicago), this is my favorite Fast Food Chain Burger. I tried the Cajun friars and they're great if you don't mind. The regular size fry gives you PLENTY. Not necessary for the big ones.
My last order had very soggy fries so I had to air fry them. It wasn’t a problem for me, but they were out of utensils which was odd. My burger also lacked a decent amount of toppings for being a bowl. Still tasted great.
