I was at this Five Guys location on Ulmerton Rd and all I can say is how disappointed. First didn't even get greeted just stared at until some lady in the black shirt walked up and again just stared at me so I just told her what I wanted. Then she asks do i want something to drink which i already ordered I'll give her the benefit of it but maybe she didn't hear that part the first time. I also asked for my frenchfries to be well done so they are crispy but NO i did not receive them that way quite soggy. The workers never came from around the counter to sweep empty the trash which was full the place wasn't busy at all. Not one customer I saw after me got greeted or told have a goodnight etc....
I've been to this Five Guys location about seven times, as it's our go-to spot for Sunday lunch. I used to enjoy Culvers, but I dislike the drive there and find there's nothing to do in the area. Anyway, onto my review. Usually, the food is pretty good; the hamburgers are well-cooked, and there are always plenty of fries in the bag. However, last week when we got our order, we found barely any fries—just enough to fill the small cup—and the burgers were mushy. My wife went up to complain, but the staff, who I recognize from previous visits, just laughed at her when she walked away. They made us buy more fries, and I ended up giving up on the burger altogether. So, you've lost a weekly custom...
So I've been to a number of different Five Guys' locations across the state of Florida and I can honestly say this location was super clean. From the moment I walked into there the floors were clean, employees were sweeping and wiping tables even though there wasn't anybody in the restaurant at the time and when I went into the restrooms I was pleasantly surprised that it was beyond clean. I have never been into a five guys restaurant that was like that. I thought so highly of my experience that I had to ask for the manager to say how great the store looked. The employees were all very friendly too. I went on May 9th at 630pm, and whoever the MOD was deserves a big high five because just wow...
Originally my experience at this location was not great at all. The manager fixed my issue right away. I always order a bacon cheeseburger from five guys from multiple different locations here in pinellas and Orlando. I like my bacon crispy and hot . After talking to the manager this location did make the bacon crispy and the burger was excellent. The fries were nice and fresh . My husband and I enjoyed our dinner here and the food is really good. The salted caramel milk shake and the banana milkshake are sooooooo delicious . Will definitely be back again because five guys is our favorite burger restaurant .

Ate 10/11/2022 around 6pm. 3 burgers, 2 medium fries, and three drinks and it was nearly $60. The burgers were almost ok, almost. Nothing redeemable about them. The fries were OK at best. Luckily the ketchup was good. I think the drink machine wasdirty. Everything tasted like vinegar water which is usually a sign the machine hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Oh, and tellthe cashier to put a belt on. No one wants to see his underwear.
The food is consistently good, and the fries are always plentiful. The staff is friendly, but the burgers I tried were soggy and lacked flavor, which I find difficult to enjoy. I spent nearly $30 for just three items, which felt overpriced given the quality. In my opinion, the Wingstop next door is a better option. I've never had issues with their food or prices.
Almost $20 for a double cheeseburger, small fries $4.19 worth), and a fountain soda is freaking crazy... having said that, the place is clean, the food was great and the touch-screen soda machine was working flawlessly. Maybe a little more interactiveservice would make the place feel a little more inviting. Heck, for the prices, they should give backrubs!
the new personal management is much better. they are great! they did not put the soße on my burger, which I ordered online, but when I brought them back, they did it again and even asked if I wanted a drink with him. this is an excellent customer service and will be there more often, how good they treated me when something went wrong.

Always good shakes and plenty of fries. Friendly people, but soggy unseasoned burgers I can't do with too many onions. And I spent close to $30 for just three items it's overpriced for how subpar it is. The Wingstop next door is better in my opinion.Never had a problem with them and their prices
Nothing bad to say. The service has always been fine and the burgers and fries are so damn good
