I used love this place and didn?t mind paying the extra money for the quality and experience of being treated as a valued customer. I could have gone to the Golden Arches for a third the price and same experience. Only one employee when we walkedin. She was nice, but not the level of customer service there once was. Paid for a large drink because I wanted to take home alarge tea. Turned out they were out of tea with no intent on making more. So I got to pay for a large drink when I would havebeen fine with a water cup, sorry I am not a soda person. No catchup pump. This may sound petty, but something I?ve alwaysenjoyed about 5 Guys is not having to open a dozen catch-up packets. I guess that...
I visited the Five Guys located at Store 5319 US-90 about 20-25 minutes before closing on July 10, 2022, eager to try their food for the first time. However, as soon as I arrived, the two employees working that night noticed my headlights from the dining room and immediately showed signs of frustration by stomping their feet and looking up at the ceiling. Feeling unwelcome, I decided to back up and go to Foosackly's instead. As someone new to the area and working in the food industry, I understand the challenges, but I also know better than to let frustrated staff handle my meal. I won't be spending my money there.
I was really craving a genuine burger and decided to stop at Five Guys during my long trip to visit my army son. I ate in my car, but I noticed that the patty was smaller than what I'd expected from the menu. Fortunately, the onions, ketchup, and tomato were just as I ordered. The cook was generous and packed extra fresh fries into the bag. The restaurant was empty of customers, which made the experience a bit odd, but overall, it satisfied my craving.
The staff was incredibly friendly, and we absolutely loved the food. The fries are made from real potatoes, and the burgers were fantastic. We were extremely pleased with our entire experience at this location! I would definitely recommend everyone to give them a try. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
