Whilst the service was very good unfortunately the ribs we ordered were well below the standard expected for a restaurant of this expense and it being promoted as a meat type restaurant. There was hardly any meat on the bone not tender at all and did not fall off the bone and the ribs were covered with a sweet thick type sauce that felt as though it had been plonked on the ribs as an afterthought. The beans served with the ribs were placed under the ribs and saturated in the sauce for the ribs and that appeared to come straight from a bottle. This high-end restaurant offers upscale dishes at high prices, but it is definitely worth it. The ribs are particularly outstanding, with the meat practically falling off the bone. I have visited a few times and will definitely be returning. Service is excellent and the overall dining experience is top-notch. The average cost per person is between A$60 and A$80. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a 4 out of 5.
I was quite disappointed with the meal considering the price I paid. The steak was overcooked, the vegetables were undercooked, and the jacket potato was cold. Overall, I do not plan on returning to this restaurant due to the lack of quality for the price. I would recommend trying the RSL bistro instead, as they offer better quality and value for money. It looks like it should offer so much, but to be honest, this is the worst steak I’ve ever eaten in my life every single part of the land platter and all associated was terrible. The worst tasting steak I’ve ever eaten ribs hideous sides terrible inedible. No flavour no seasoning at all. I felt like I was eating polystyrene, polystyrene would be better. Service: Dine in

Extremely not nice staff I think it is racism we called on the phone and when we got there, they told us there wasn’t a table available but as you can see on pic it was empty
