We have been going to Sri’s for about years and it used to be great. The owner used to be friendly. The last times have been bad to the point where we will not be back. Firstly, it took at least minutes...before anyone even approached our table (there was only other tables used) and that was because we had to go to the counter to ask them. we ordered a mixed Entree for about minutes later they bought out half the entree. We finished that and waited another minutes for the other half. This came out in an old cooking bowl and she here’s your other half. The waitress then said we have to order the mains now. I said we’d look while we eat our entree. “No, I’m not allowed to leave them at the tab...
For many years Sri's Indian at Narrabeen was one of my favourites. Tonight I found that it has changed for the worst. Restaurants that cater for Ubereats or Munelog prepares food for those services as priority because they cannot afford to be late and loose...their ratings. Because of this, the wait time is a shocker. There were only two people in the place, my friend and I but the wait time was over an hour for the food. When the entre came, there were tiny sad looking prawns that were chewy and tasteless for The chef came over and said sorry, all prawns are frozen so they dont taste good. Yet I was charged for it. Had to wait another minutes for the mains but the standard is no where it us...
I placed a phone order for three curries, rice, and some bread, and was initially hesitant when told it would take an hour. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome.
I tried the Madras Chicken curry and it was one of the best Indian curries I have tasted outside of New Delhi. My kids enjoyed the butter chicken without any complaints, which is saying something. My wife also liked her spicy chicken dish.
I will definitely be returning to this restaurant when I am back in the area.
We are very disappointed, after ordering at then being called by Sri’s twice to check the order, then we called Sri’s to see where our order was at then and were told that it was very busy and the order still hadn’t...left the restaurant....finally we decided to cancel the order at no real apology on the phone as if it was all ok! We have been customers for a long time but won’t be ordering from here again.

I have never been to Siri's in person, but I regularly order takeout from there and have always been impressed by the high quality of their food. For a long time, it was the best option in the area. The curries have an authentic taste and they even include free rice with your order. When it comes to Indian cuisine, we rarely consider ordering from anywhere else.
The mixed tandoori platter for appetizer is absolutely delicious! The flavors are outstanding. We also enjoyed the mango chicken with Peshawari Naan. Mr. Sri is a wonderful and welcoming host, always with a smile on his face.
Everytime I order from Sris it's consistently great! They also have their own driver which is a huge plus! The food is fantastic, amazing flavours! Family run and a lot of love goes into the food.
Sri and his restaurant are the best. He’s a lovely man and his food is beautiful 5 stars

Lamb Madras and chicken vindaloo to die for. Breads are the best in Sydney imho.
