A week-long stay in Alsace, we absolutely wanted to dine in a typical local restaurant. We looked. But the Flamma Stuwa hit us in the eye. Reservation is mandatory, it is full every time. Beautiful bright room, glass, we are welcomed by our evening waitress, in traditional Alsatian outfit. Prices are very affordable and the kitchen really good. To choose flambées tarts (Flammenkueche salted or sweet in various preparations (the sauerkraut version is a regal or Fleischschnaka, with a small green salad accompaniment. As Alsatians, the torched pie is an essential dish of our culinary heritage. We discovered at Wattwiller this typical and renowned restaurant in a beautiful green screen. A service by a person attentive to the needs of the guests, in folklore, a covered terrace tastefully decorated, but above all torched pies perfect fine and crispy paste, dosage of the optimum varied trims. The mirabelle version that was flambéed in the season alone is worth a visit. The birthday candle was the cherry on the cake, or more exactly on the Flammekuche!
Nettes kleines Flammkuchen-Restaurant. Die Auswahl ist sehr groß und es gibt süße und auch Deftige Flammkuchen. Wir hatten mehrere bestellt und haben somit viele verschiedene Versuchen können. Alle haben sehr gut geschmeckt! Die Gastgeber waren wirklich sehr freundlich und herzlich.

Coming from Brittany, we appreciated the place, the welcome, the smiles and the varied tartes flambées. Really recommended with your eyes closed. Kenavo!
