Found this neighborhood gem after Googling best delis. Tasty, fresh, Turkey Club and krinkle cut fries for less than $10. Owner and locals very friendly, sit at the counter and engage in conversation or grab a table and watch TV. I'll be back. Think Norm from Cheers if you're that old. This was the most affordable diner breakfast I've ever had in the DC area. It reminded me of the diners in Upstate New York. Each breakfast dish was about $6. The coffee could have been stronger, but it wasn't bitter at all. The pancakes weren't anything special, but the sausage was surprisingly tasty. The eggs were just okay—nothing to write home about. If you're looking for a budget-friendly breakfast, this place could be worth checking out!
The breakfast offered at this restaurant is amazing, and the ambiance feels a lot like Cheers, thanks to its welcoming and friendly staff. Everyone is authentic and easy to talk to. However, I would advise against purchasing Backwoods cigars here, as they often come dried out.

Service was great, I order a sausage ,egg and cheese on a plain Bagel. but the sausage portion was not big enough. But over all the sandwich was good, will be coming back.
A great hole-in-the-wall restaurant! I sat at the counter, had a nice conversation with Gloria, and was served the best, straight forward Club Sandwich I've ever had.
