Waited over 35 mins to order even the we had to call waiter over. They are too busy serving take away coffee. Once ordered another 40 min wait. Breakfast arrived Half cooked bacon. We had asked for crispy bacon Still no coffee asked 4 times....Had to go to counter to ask. Was told “ you need to understand we had a compute error and another table did not get their coffee “”. What The !!!!!!! They were arvo f the take away customers well before those seated. Shame as the food once cooked was very nice. But due to disgraceful service abs bad staff attitude we will never go back
In need of a break from the intense heat, I made a quick stop at Flute. Upon arriving, I was warmly greeted and ordered a Cappuccino as I settled into the tastefully decorated cafe. The coffee was served hot and strong, just the way I prefer it. I savored every flavorful sip until the last drop! The friendly wait staff and skilled barista worked together seamlessly. Thank you all for a great experience!
was disappointed by the food, certainly not up to the previous standards. we ordered three different dishes, all came with the same generic green leaf salad, all were listed on the menu as with many additional ingredients and dressings that were omitted. prawns were. tasty, deep fried chicken was dry, calamari was ok. they don't think we're not going back.
Went for breakfast this morning and 5 minutes after ordering we had to dash off due to a small emergency. I offered to pay if they had started making the meals but the gentleman managing the cafe voided our entire bill, we’d had the coffees...and they were great! But he said it was on him. What a top guy. Will be back.
