I celebrated my birthday by having brunch at this restaurant, and it was an excellent experience. We opted for the market fresh bar, which offered an incredible variety of options, and nearly everything we tried was delicious. As long as your tag is green, the staff will continuously bring around an assortment of meats. I can't emphasize enough how endless the service is! The meats are cooked to a range of doneness—from rare to well done—and you simply tell them your preference, and they cut it for you at the table. We sampled everything, and it was all very tasty. I attended the Dry-Aged Steak Bourbon Pairing Event and while the food and service were satisfactory, the overall experience fell short. The setup was awkward and confusing, taking place in the center of the restaurant between the bar and the buffet (which was not included, by the way). Some guests had to stand the whole time, and there was a lack of clear direction along with no bourbon cocktail menu available. However, the food itself was enjoyable, mainly consisting of tapas, which I appreciated. Additionally, the service was very attentive.
My nice friend brought me here for my birthday and I was very happy with all the experience. We have the full experience with a wide selection of rotating meats that were all tasty and perfectly cooked. The market table has added all the correct supplements and well mixed with the meat. Our server for the evening, Arthur, was absolutely amazing and sure that our experience was from this world. I'm sure he's missing because he's moving to Tennesse to pursue a career in music. We will definitely wish Arthur success in the future.

1st time dining in. Had take take out the 1st time. So my partner I decided to try dining in . We had The market table experience. You get the buffet plus one meat. We both had the chicken(Frango). It was excellent. Nice juicy tender. Plus it had a lemony taste. In the buffet you get a wide variety to choose from. But beware. Come with a empty stomach. Staff was very friendly,coorgible, attentive to your needs. Attire was casual/smart.
