The service was terrible I came with two other friends and we were seated at 5 and didn’t leave til 9 because the lack of service. We weren’t asked if we wanted drinks, or handed new plates we were just neglected. When I brought this to the managers attention after waiting for 30 minutes for a dessert menu he basically shrugged off my complaint. The supervisor in a black suit arrived to our table asking how’s your night. I told him we have been waiting for an excessive amount for service, the meat wouldn’t arrive to our table we kept having to ask for it. it was 2 hours earlier than expected in the city. decided to go to the restaurant and if necessary sit on the bar. we were immediately accommodated, although the hostess at the door was a little short and not friendly. we were asked to go down to take a place, this hostess as the first, was not friendly, while hardly mumbling follow me. the waiter and server were high energy, extremely helpful, polite and professional. we might have had 2/3 manager with us to make sure it was okay. after we set ourselves, the service was great.
paulo, carlos rodrigo made our culinary experience for our day and jubilee. we even got free champagne sets. they have made our special occasion even more special. many thanks once again to an amazing experience and a team that has fogo mahattan. we will definitely return and recommend this restaurant.
My husband took me out to celebrate my birthday, and it was my first time at this restaurant. I absolutely loved it! The food was amazing—the caipirinhas were fantastic, and both the steak and lamb were delicious. I highly recommend it!

every time I get to this particular place, my experience gets better and better every time. I recommend this place to all my friends. that's by far my favorite restaurant.
My daughter and I celebrated our birthdays with our family, and we had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and everyone we encountered was very friendly.
