Me and and friends were in a rush so just picked Foo win as our only choice, we told one of the waitresses we were really tight with time and sincerely asked her to put our order through quicker. However, she was taking her time and chatted to another waitress before taking order from us. After taking our order, she came to us and said the beef clay pot ran out( no worries) but she didn't take any menus along with her as she clearly realised we were in a rush and then started taking order from next table. We then called another waitress but she refused our request as asking us to wait for the 1st waitress. I'm like, what's this kind of restaurant. 5 waiting people working on the floor and......

Regularly go here. Never disappoints. It's the same distinctive freshness every time, that distinguishes it from so many ordinary restaurants. For example, I compare the Singapore Noodles between here and elsewhere. At Foo Win, it tastes just as it should: that it just came out hot and smoky from a wok that's been seasoned through cooking a thousand dishes, and again that freshness. The black bean combination is another winner. The sauce is just the right intensity, without the stale excess saltiness you find in too many places. And here's another example of a great way to test an Asian restaurant: try a prawn. These are King Prawns. It's all in the texture (resilient to the...read more

The service was really bad. We told the waitress that we are in a rush before we order the dishes. There was 5 waitress tonight, but no one came to us for ordering, we asked twice and 1 girl finally came at the third times. During the ordering, we asked for sizzling tofu with salted fish, then the girl said oh, we don 't do the dish here. We then pointed out and told her but it 's on your menu ... After that, she has no apologies and still said that they only do sizzling Japanese tofu. Well, if you want to be a waitress of this restaurant, please get know we 'll of your restaurant 's menu! I won 't suggest you to be a good waitress, but at least know your dishes name....read more

for 15 years we are a long-term customer and eating was generally great and we come here regularly. I would like, however, that management is checking her waitress. in the last time I have come with a group of my friends (8 of us) and if I have put a certain dish (not on the dinner menu, but was on the lunch menu), that 's in the rule not a problem and not in question I was simply told kitchen zu-busy can 't do it. this kind of answer is acceptable for a customer and for a long-time customer is disappointing. if the answer is insulted, then I would not recommend anyone who comes to what a shame is. not a good opportunity to promote their restaurant, please check and...read more Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Went last night and even though it was a Tuesday, it was quite busy. We ordered chicken and sweet corn soup and fried wantons for entrée which came out quick. For mains we ordered the Singapore chicken curry, chilli king prawn and hokkien mee. The chicken curry was average, sauce tasted store bought. The hokkien mee was definitely the real winner. The noodles were nicely cooked (not sloppy) and there was loads of meat and veggie inside the yummy sauce. Definitely would order that again. The chilli king prawn was nice, could've been spicier, but was a generous serve. Quite pricey but if all the dishes were at the hokkien mee standard, we would come back for more and more.

We come to foo win restaurant last night the service was so bad and the food was horrible. I was expecting mongolian chicken to be sizzling on the table one of the waitress has put on the side about 10 mins before giving to us . the restaurant need to do some revamp!!! how could they possibly use paper place mats, actually i notice there was cockroach crawling across the wall. well well, why are their so popular and busy. I won't recommend this restaurant to anyone and definitely won't be coming back, their shop should be closed down.

eating was decent, average portion sizes and quite tasty. a hauch on the pricy side to be honest. the service was excellent. fast sitting, no time wasted ordering. eating came fast and hot. an excellent culinary experience that this restaurant deserves with 4/5.

We love this restaurant, as it's very local and the food is always very tasty. My favourite is the salt and pepper chilli tofu, the salt and pepper chilli chicken is also very good and the price is very reasonable. Service always very friendly. Can't fault. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Have been to Foo Win several times. Sometimes the food is great, other times not so great. There are certain dishes that are quite nice (e.g. claypot tofu) but the fried rice is inconsistent.
