we've been eating here since we were one night in the hotel before we travel. the dining room of the terrace was very nice and much cooler, with an open air ceiling, as the many dining rooms. we ordered an apertif and our dinner. the choices. very limited, so we decided to have a chicken salad. this is not a typical French restaurant since our order and apertif arrived at the same time. no time to enjoy the apertif and vice versa before our dinner arrived. we have been in France for over 10 years and stay between 2 and 7 months per year. Brasserie de l'Hôtel Ibis styles de Roissy. Si vous ne voulez pas reprendre votre voiture, c'est le plus pratique. Plat du jour à 13€. Correct pour l'endroit. Bœuf bourguignon pas terrible. Viande pas assez mijotée et très grasse. Service courtois mais pas assez professionnel. J'ai demandé de la moutarde à deux reprises (2 personnes différentes). Je l'attends toujours !!! Mauvais rapport qualité prix. J'ai vu que dans le hall du terminal 3 de Roissy ( situé à 10 minutes à pied) il y a un point de vente PAUL. Cà peut être pas mal non plus pour acheter de quoi manger.
Déco originale ms pas confortable. Carte réduite dont la traduction prête parfois à confusion (quand on s'attend à du fromage de chèvre et que c'est du bleu ds la salade, sans parler du magret de canard oublié... Stay away from this overpriced restaurant. Food is ****.i sent my pulled pork burger(easy thing to get right)back not once but twice.it still returned cold.obviously a microwave only restaurant.eat here at your own risk.
The restaurant is in the Hotel and not many options around. We came at 19.00 it was a good option as it fills quickly. The food, service and price were ok.

Food was good and the place is quiet. I had a nice pause before taking my plane, and I appreciated the place because of all luggage I had.
I came here for dinner while visiting Paris, and I can safely say that this was the best meal I have ever eaten in my life.
