This place is stuck in time not only architecturally but also in price. I've never had a banana split but I know damn well that I will not get one anywhere else for $5. The guy behind the counter was also very senior. He was at least forever years old. He not only took my order but he also made it. He is also very lively. I wish him health and I know that him not retiring is what keeps him kicking. This place is a little treasure that I didn't know existed in my own neighborhood
This place is not only a visual feast but also offers great value for the price. I've never tried a banana colada before, but I know I won't find one as good for just $5 anywhere else. The guy behind the counter was wonderfully laid-back—he seemed almost out of this world. He didn’t just take my order; he truly engaged with me. I hope he stays healthy and continues to enjoy his work. I had no idea this little gem existed right in my own neighborhood!
We enjoyed our meal in the car since the indoor kitchen wasn’t open at the time. For dinner, we had a Classic Cheeseburger, a Classic without cheese, and a Corn Dog. We all shared fries, and the portions were very generous. The prices are unbeatable. For dessert, we had a Butterfinger cream parfait, a chocolate sundae, and a strawberry parfait. Everything was absolutely delicious.
I frequently bring my kids here because the quality of the ice cream is outstanding! We can't resist it, especially on a hot day—it never disappoints! I heard rumors that they might be closing down, and I truly hope that’s not the case because it's such a hidden gem! Seriously, make sure to stop by and give it a try; you won't be disappointed! This restaurant is amazing! The ice cream is scrumptious, and the service is top-notch. We always love visiting here. The only downside is that they only accept cash, so be sure to visit an ATM beforehand; otherwise, you'll have to walk to the liquor store through the parking lot.
Went there earlier this week with one of my granddaughters and the first thing she said was ice cream. They are a very good family run fast food. Been going there since I was a little girl. We are now a 3rd generation customers. Thumbs up to the owners.
The food is always solid, I never had a bad meal. However, customer service is as cold as your mascot. I love the food and the prices are exactly what we need now. I wish they could be a little more customer service.

It is excellent that this Fosters Freeze is still open and active as it has been a mainstay in this place for decades. The children liked the taste of their ice cream.
