Fountain Head Health Store & Cafe

Arrived looking for a vegan treat and found two items among the many treats that qualify as vegan (the rest was gluten-free but not vegan) the chocolate spelt cookie and date place. Both articles were good big (my husband and I shared one of each and felt quite satisfied by the part) and both were delicious. Will go back another day for the vegan burgers. Beautiful small dining area (no outdoor seating).

The Red Door Restaurant is a small café on the back of the Fountainhead Health Food Store. There are many vegetarian options, the soup is almost always vegan. They also carry many vegan desserts like these pumpkin cakes with coconut whipped cream. They also have many drinks that can be made with almond or soy milk. Overall, this is a large small place to eat whenever in the Fergus area.

A great lunch menu for vegans, ketodieter, vegetarians and meat eaters with fresh, healthy and tasty dishes! Great views of the Grand River.

Absolutely fantastic great variety, running low on some products though the staff was extremely friendly as well.
