A spontaneous decision to go for a drive led us to Hickory for a Saturday night date night, and we were excited for a culinary adventure. At Fourk, we encountered some fantastic staff who genuinely care about providing great customer experiences. We began our meal with the Ahi Tuna Avocado appetizer, which was so delicious that my husband ended up ordering another portion. The sun-dried tomatoes in the seafood mélange added an incredible burst of flavor that reminded me of my time in Italy years ago. Our server was incredible! He was pleasant and made sure we had time to chat and have a nice experience! Such a gentleman and super knowledgeable about the menu and cocktails. Kept us with constant refills and never a need. Plenty of parking and we felt very safe. Bar area and dining area. Very clean and nice. Restrooms were so clean and well maintained. Managers were so respectful -every time we walked somewhere they would stop and allow us to walk first. Plenty of parking and patio area available as well. Super nice experience and amazing cuisine! We ordered the feature of Filet with Mashed Yukons-amazing sauce to complement our meal!. Summer salad was so tasty and Crab Cakes as appetizer....
We stopped in for dinner on a Monday night around 5:30pm. The restaurant wasn't too busy and were seated immediately. The place was clean and staff was friendly. They had an interesting menu. We had the baked brie which had crushed pecans and cinnamon which was really good but really didn't come with enough bread. We also had the ahi tuna appetizer which was delicious. I also had the shrimp tacos which were good but I think they could of used a crema to finish the tacos.Overall a great experience.
We had a fantastic time during our latest visit to Fourk, just like we always do. Miguel was our server again, and he is truly exceptional—knowledgeable, attentive, and simply outstanding at his job. Our food was expertly prepared and beautifully presented, with each course arriving at just the right moment. Fourk is a fantastic place for a couple of hours of conversation and a delicious meal. The mussels were flavorful and expertly prepared in a white wine sauce. We also ordered a filet, which was cooked to perfection. While the menu highlights seafood, they also have options for lamb, pork, chicken, and beef. The atmosphere is casual, and the bartenders are incredibly friendly.
Not sure this place understands the concept of fine dining... Ordered a pasta dish and it came out cold. Like ice. Made a complaint and they ignored me, waitress gave me attitude. Will never go back and highly recommend you go to another fine dining restaurant in Hickory.
The food was enjoyable, but my main concern was that many of their entrees and desserts contained nuts. This was a significant issue for us, as my spouse has a nut allergy, which made us quite anxious while dining there. They should pay closer attention to this matter.
Everything was great! Food and service! But my hubby is a bigger man so he eats more lol and he left hungry! So the plate are small portions! But other than that good. Wouldn’t pay 100$ for what we got but still okay! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The staff was polite and helpful when I had questions about the bill. I can't wait to bring more people there!
