I'm very happy with my experience! I called several restaurants semi last minute for a large party none private event. Not only was I able to make a reservation for a Saturday at 7pm, we were given a semi private room for my party of 21 people. Our server, Julio was constantly running around and taking care of us. We were able to order off the menu and even didn't give us issues for separate bills at the end of the night. Not only was the service amazing, but the food was beyond delicious!! My entire party enjoued the various different dishes, desserts, and drinks. Highly recommend and will be returning myself.
Held my son and future daughter in laws bridal shower there yesterday. It could not have been better. The staff was so help full getting packaged in from people’s cars and helping them with coats. The food I could not believe. It was unbelievable. There were 3 choices and not one complaint. Couldn’t rave more about it. I have never heard so many people say how much they loved the food and service. Thank you.
Our party of 16 had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The food and service were both outstanding. The entrees were perfectly spaced out and made the meal very enjoyable. The food quality was excellent. Thank you for the great service and high-quality meal. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone hosting a party or dining with friends and family.
Our family attended a funeral luncheon recently at Francesca's and the entire lunch was 5 Stars! The food was fabulous! The service was extraordinary! Rene and Becky were two of our group servers and they were excellent!! Plus my husband and I had the best **** Mary we ever tasted. Thank you all for helping our family during our sad time. The service at this restaurant was excellent from the beginning! They were very knowledgeable about gluten allergies, which really enhanced my dining experience. The staff checked in with us regularly, but not excessively. Overall, the food and service were great.
Food, wine, service (Ranka was our server), bus boys (water was constantly filled, plates cleared promptly), friendly pleasant hostesses, and the dessert was magnificent.
