I’m absolutely disgusted to have visited this restaurant and to be asked upon arrival if I have any allergies, to which I responded yes and explained I cannot eat onion or garlic. I then went on to order the carbonara and asked the waitress to confirm with the chef that there is no onion or garlic in the sauce, to which she said she cannot check. The host who seated us explained she would let the chef know of my allergies so I’m unsure what the difference is. Surely the person who is cooking the food within the kitchen is able to advise what ingredients is in the dish. Went for food tonight, Meatball pasta came, no sauce on the plate and slimey disgusting meatballs. Had to send back and was offered a pepperoni pizza instead from a lovely waiter called Romy (I believe thats how you spell it). My pizza arrived and there was a long black hair covered in cheese in my pizza. Not sure if this was done intentionally or.. Had to once again complain to Romy who was polite once again. Absolutely awful experience. Waited nearly an hour for food and when I came was burnt to an absolute crisp how this black, solid burnt burger left the kitchen and the pass I will never know!!! Then when asked if the food was okay, the waitress was told no, and showed that it was burnt (and uneaten which had made the fact we had waited near on an hour even worse she replied a bleak ‘yeah’. That’s it. Completely unsympathetic, unapologetic and an abysmal attitude for front of house to accompany the awful food from back of house. AT LEAST THEY ARE CONSISTENT (ly bad!
Went for something to eat here because its quick and relaxed eating but was so disappointed A lot of the seats where ripped open The meal was poor they had spread the chips around on the plate to make it look like there was more i ordered a New York chicken which when it came looked like steak with cheese on as the color was black When i cut into it it was a piece of overcooked chicken the cheese was hard and tasted not right It wasent as if they where busy Wont be going there again

excellent menu, many options for similar types of food. bar in a good place to kill time with her partner when they wait for a table as it is always busy in the evening. brunch lunch and Sunday menus are also available. the general thema of the place is relaxing with big band etc music in the background for which the soundtracks are actually available to buy. overall a good restaurant for families and couples with excellent food to appropriate trips.
I was served by a lovely lady called Edina who was so welcoming, understanding and patient with our group. There was a problem with my starter and she made sure I didn't feel embarrassed or awkward for saying something and corrected it straight away. She genuinely is a credit to Frankie and Benny's and I'd definitely return. The food was lovely too, as were the other staff! Also good discounts!
We decided to stop for dinner here after staying in the area and visiting the shops in the retail park. The service was very good and the food arrived quickly after ordering. The food was ok and was average value for money.
Breakfast served by very friendly waitress amazing hospitality. Background music pleasant food choice fir all tastes catered for. Portion size ample we’re really impressed and would definitely return. Highly recommend

Last minute arrival on route to hotel in Runcorn. Service exceptional… the girl that served us was very attentive. However the food wasn’t the best. Greasy not piping hot. Left a lot. Kids enjoyed theirs
