This was a terrible experience! The service was extremely slow, with not enough staff on hand. My son's chips were lukewarm. I understand that families use this restaurant for parties, but it's not acceptable for children to be unruly and annoy other customers and staff. I will not be coming back anytime soon.
a great night! we need an understatement. as usual not enough personal. sons chips like warm. while I appreciate people with children who use it for parties. it is not good to let children walk into the restaurant and let other customers and employees annoy. will not come back in a hurry
always decent eating and service. especially they enjoy the breakfast. go here if they want something fast and tasty at a good price. this special Witney location could do with new furniture and a rector. a fair piece of wear and tear, like corrugated seats, but still kept clean.
We popped in before heading to he cinema. We had a few cocktails and the atmosphere was nice a chilled. The lady serving us was really nice and down to earth. We haven't been here for food recently but will definitely be heading back to try. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The food and service were good, but we felt a bit rushed. They asked if we wanted desserts, but we declined. Then, we were prompted to pay the bill before we were ready. They never inquired if we wanted more drinks or coffee.
We used to enjoy the American hot pizza at Frankie and Benny's in Cheltenham, but it has been a year since we last visited. This time, the American hot pizza was disappointing and of lower quality than we remembered.
Food was great, we had a couple of problems but the staff dealt with them promptly and kindly. Very impressed with the service of all staff and the food was delicious. Will come again
