Frank's Pizza Italian Subs

We ordered from here through DoorDash this evening and ran into some issues. The restaurant only provided our dasher with half of our order. While she was trying to get clarity on the missing items, we were surprised and disappointed to hear the staff on the other end curse at her and then hang up. Our dasher remained professional throughout the situation and was simply trying to resolve the issue. In stark contrast, the staff at Frank's were quite unhelpful. Since we live near Vinton, we won’t be returning to this location or ordering from them again. A minor mistake on their part turned into them unjustly reprimanding our dasher for something she didn’t cause. We’re incredibly disappointed...

Absolutely love the Deluxe Calzones (we always add onions and peppers, sauce on the side) and the Antipasto salad is amazing!! I most definitely recommend this place. Staff is always nice as well ? Parking: Difficult to back out onto the street because of the busy street but I found a way out by going out of the back of the parking lot and onto the back street

I went to Frank 's Pizza and Italian Subs in Vinton to get a good Italian sub and this is what I got. I called, took the sub back, and the cook told me there was fresh lettuce and tomato on it. I asked him if he would eat it and he just snagged it out of my hand and said I 'll make you a new one Opened the 2nd sub..... Same thing.

The spaghetti was dry and lacked sauce, and there was no meat or cheese. I also discovered a strand of blonde hair in my Stromboli, and the bread was burnt while the marinara sauce for dipping was ice cold. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. It was definitely a step above the New York pizza place down the street.

The food was delicious, and the waitress provided excellent service. However, the atmosphere was lacking. Some background music or a jukebox could enhance the experience.

The new owners have made some changes, but the amazing taste remains the same. In fact, I would say some dishes taste even better! Well done!
