The manager on duty tonight was incredibly unhelpful. I ordered meatballs on the side for $6 through the Slice app, but they never arrived. When I called Slice for assistance, they said they were too busy to help me. I decided to drive to the restaurant myself, but I was hung up on twice when I tried to call. When I spoke to the manager, he argued with me about the meatballs instead of resolving the issue by sending them out or advising Slice to refund my money. I tried to show him my receipt, but he flatly refused. After being insulted by him, I finally received the meatballs, but I've decided to try other restaurants in the area before returning here.
Be cautious when ordering from this restaurant; I've had issues every single time. I specifically request no onions, yet I consistently receive extra onions. I’ll ask for a salad with iceberg lettuce, and they send me romaine instead. When I pick up the order, they insist that what I'm seeing isn't onions, but it's packed with them nonetheless. When I call to address the problem, they argue with me about it. This isn’t just a one-time occurrence—it's happened every single time I’ve ordered. I recommend going to Sal's Pizza in Stanhope instead, as they actually listen and make sure your order is correct rather than insisting that you're mistaken.
Great food and staff but the place was freezing cold! Everybody was wearing their coats. Diverse menu with many soups and desserts and even Pierogies for an appetizer! Good pizza, although I prefer sliced sausage not crumbled, great crust. Waiter was excellent. Need to turn the heat on!
Our group of 7 needed a quick lunch. Went here and they were super accommodating. We all had pizza and/or salad service fantastic and friendly, food excellent and generous portions of salad. Place was very clean!

Fantastic service! Our waitress, Ashley, was incredibly friendly and radiated positivity. The food was excellent, and the penne vodka was absolutely delicious!
Great place to grab a slice or sit down and enjoy a delicious Italian meal... Clean and friendly atmosphere. Food never disappoints
This place is awesome! Staff is nice and the pizza is GREAT !! below is a quesadilla slice with chicken, soooo good!
