Alright, so my review is a little odd. I wasn't eating here but picking up a doordash order. The food was ready on time and neatly bundled, a burger and a few shakes. The staff was friendly, i was in and out fast. My fellow delivery drivers can relate. This is ideal. But the fast and friendly service is NOT why i decided to leave a review. On my way to drop of the food to my customer, i had to slam on the breaks. The burger stayed put but the shakes flew off the seat, the lids came off, and i was expecting a mess of epic proportions. But Freddy's shakes are SO THICK and luscious! Those bad bois stayed IN the cup. Absolutely no mess! Popped the lids back on, explained to my customer what happ...
We loved Freddie's! We have lived in Caldwell for over 3 years and never tried them until our 17 year old got a job there this summer. They are delicious! Patties are very thin but there are 2-3 patties on the burger depending on the one you order. The fries are sooo good. Better than McDonald's if you ask me. Service was great and the resturant is so cute with a retro feel. If you haven't tried them yet I would recommend stopping by! We averaged about 12 or 13 dollars per person for a meal (burger,fries and a drink)
I always make sure to stop at this Freddy’s when I’m passing through Idaho. Their cheese curds are an absolute favorite of mine and a must try for anyone that hasn’t. The chicken burgers are great especially wen paired with their fry sauce. And the onion rings are killer too. Worth the price. The classy atmosphere that they’ve got going on is also a lot of fun. I’m just hoping that we can get something like this back home in Oregon.
The staff at this restaurant were incredibly polite and professional. They interacted with young kids in a wonderfully mature manner. Their cheerful attitudes, accompanied by some giggles and laughter, not only made the atmosphere more enjoyable but also created a comfortable experience for my grandkids. Great people,great food,great prices. I could have easily complained about the time in drive thru line but before I could have the manager Stepped UP and made it ALL GOOD!!THE one in meridian is awesome as well. The manager woman person was just Great! She more than earned my respect. She was MOST impressive with how she handled some simple mistakes. Because of the manager,they got my business for Life!
Burgers here are a blast from the past! Awesome! Service was excellent as well. They did forget to our small chili cheese fries but, when pointed out, they did more than made it right! It was definitely a large that I received. Staff goes above and beyond to cater to the guests!
We ordered two shakes and a peanut butter chocolate banana sundae, but the only item we received as ordered was one strawberry shake. This was quite disappointing, especially with all the construction going on, making it difficult to return.

I wish they had these in Washington state! The product and service are outstanding! The burger patties are the heart and soul of this place, and they make them perfectly. The shoestring fries are a great addition too!
