where do I start? like all who were happy enough to make a reservation at frenchie. I counted the weeks to dinner! When I sat down, I felt like I was in the home of a good friend. how everyone was brought out. I was like a child who opened a Christmas gift! and everyone was as magical in taste, aroma, presentation and texture. I have tried that I have never tried and never thought I would like or even order: all absolute perfection. I'm not a snobby freak or a crazy critic who tried today's kitchen. only a girl who loves to eat good and I was left speechless, filled and happy after this meal. it is worth removing the reservation page for this gem. it is worth to bud their taste for the ride....
I am almost loathe to write how much I enjoyed my meal here. I know I 'm about to sound like a pretentious twit, but when I 'm in Paris, I really don 't like eating at restaurants where everyone (guests) speaks English. In spite of that, we had a fantastic meal. The wine, the service, the food... Everything was on the money. The irony of not liking to eat at touristy places like this is that I ran into someone I know from Boston whom I hadn 't seen in months, which was a very lovely icing on the delicious cake that is Frenchie. Thank you for an amazing evening.
One of the best meals I had in a very long time and the (young) Chef, David Leader, from Edmonton is excellent. I had the dégustation menu, 6 courses, it was truly an amazing feast. Every dish was perfectly planned and executed. I will definitely return on my next Paris visit. If the restaurant is full, as it very often is, try the wine bar across the street, they serve a selection of Frenchie's apps.
We have thought that it was the Frenchie bar and wine and we are incredibly grateful not only for this mistake and also for booking cancellation that allowed us to be the first through the door. The food was delicious and the surprise menu worth every penny. Also grateful for the staff and their service. The meal was really an artistic experience.

A comfortable place, a service upstairs! I don't know who serves, boss or employee, in any case boys have the smart eye and the defendant (but not the hair that shines! Everything but insipid! The food is delicious! We shave, but we're not welded! The Argentine Barda is excellent!
Fantastic staff; imaginative and well executed dishes. I waited a year to come here and was definitely impressed. Well worth the wait. I enjoyed every dish. My favorite had to be the smoked eel! Amazing meal!
