We ordered a drink a the bar , the bartender told us we must pay before we get our table , and they sit us right the way and the bill she gave me was $14.35 ,she asked me would you like change? I said yes I would. I gave her a $20.00 and she gave me back $5:00 , what happened with my $0.65 in change? It is not appropriate to rob the customer. Why would she give me a 5.00 bill knowing I did not intend to give her a 5 dollar tip. Now we get seated asked the waiter for a Ginger ale with my meal, also asked for my pasta on a separate plate. Pasta was not on separate plate, I ate my whole meal and no ginger ale arrived Many issues at your restaurant, and I still tip the waiter !
Server was great and helped me navigate the menu for my gluten and dairy allergies. Gluten free pasta is available even though it is not mentioned on their menu or website, and is delicious! Wishing the other staff (not my server) would be told to not bring bread to my table that wasn’t gluten free as they kept coming, leaving bread, but I was dining by myself and they haphazardly answered “yeah I think so” when I asked if they had gluten free bread. Then another person came with bread, so I am glad I didn’t eat it!
EXCELLENT FOOD!!! We both enjoyed very much the selections we made. We intentionally sat on the lagoon side of the restaurant; unfortunately, the Hilton chose to leave the door to the service garage across the street open. The view my wife had was of the laundry wagon and other service equipment. She didn't want to look into the sun; otherwise, I would have swapped with her. The manager was very gracious and said he was going to talk with the Hilton about closing the doors as they're supposed to do.
Appreciated the ability to get outside seating, though it was more noisy. The crowds in the area were to be expected, however the music blaring through the speakers was what was most intrusive. We were 10 minutes early so had to wait; they seated us exactly on time. Service was attentive and prompt. Food was good pasta al dente, brussel sprouts delicious! Prices were exceptionally reasonable for Waikiki.

Unfortunately we had high expectations for this place, but it was sub par. Our food came out in minutes, which clued us in that it was not being made as orders came in. There was nothing special about the flavor of the three dishes we had, which were the bolognese, spaghetti and meatballs and the Lasagna. I would not recommend this restaurant.
This restaurant is conveniently situated for those staying at the Hilton. The server seemed overwhelmed, and if I didn’t have a background in food and beverage, I might have been more impatient. I appreciate dining at places like this, as it clearly illustrates what I don’t want in a dining experience.
A waiter ensured that he was the last one to serve us, but aside from that, we were satisfied with our meal. The younger waitstaff were very polite and gracious.
Not as advertised. Website shows white table cloths in reality none to be found even on NYE. Service slow needs constant reminders. Food average.
