2. During my visit, I decided to run a small experiment with two separate orders. For the first order, I asked for extra pickles and included a tip at checkout. The second order was identical, but my friend did not tip. Unsurprisingly, that no-tip order came without the extra pickles and was just a dry burger with very few condiments. This trend has been noted at various other eateries (though I won't name them). Does it influence their revenue? Social media certainly has the power to spread this message, but I’ll leave it at that for now. The bigger issue at Freshburger relates to the tipping option available on Interac. It seems that when a customer skips the tip, the staff is aware of it...
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The food was exceptional, the service was fast, and the prices were quite reasonable. I even ordered an extra burger to take home for the next day, and the staff were very accommodating, packing everything separately to keep it fresh. I tried the double prime burger, which was cooked to perfection and wonderfully juicy. The vegetables were remarkably fresh, just as the restaurant's name implies. Overall, Fresh Burger excels in all the essential aspects of a great burger joint. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit!
I waited 25 minutes for a single poutine, and during that time, four people left upon seeing the situation. Six drivers were waiting to pick up online orders and began to voice their frustrations about the delays. They were telling your staff that they should provide better estimated wait times. I believe this indicates poor management and a shortage of staff, especially considering it was a nice day (6-7). I’m sure you will receive more complaints about online orders if this continues.
As their name implies, Fresh Burger really lives up to its promise. I've been a customer at this location since well before the pandemic, and I've consistently been satisfied with both their food and service. The staff is fantastic. Absolutely the best burger and fries I've ever had! I was in the mood for a burger but wanted something different from the usual choices, and then I discovered Fresh Burger. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision. The burger was fantastic, and the fries were perfect too! I will definitely return to try the prime burger.
I had an amazing experience with the burger! The prime burger was served with all the classic toppings, and I accompanied it with poutine and a chilled can of Pepsi. The prices were excellent, and the food was of the highest quality! I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant!
**Incredible Burger!** The meat was exceptionally tasty and fresh. The ambiance could be improved with louder music to elevate the dining experience and ignite customers' appetites. For those who are vegetarian, the veggie burger is an excellent choice!
