Die Einrichtung lässt einen modernen und asiatischen Eindruck aufkommen, was die Küche bestätigt. Die Gerichte sind abwechslungsreich und modern interpretiert. Dies unterstreicht die Frische anderer asiatischer Restaurants in der Umgebung. Allerdings sollten Sie sich die „europäischen“ Gerichte von der Speisekarte nicht entgehen lassen! Im Gegenteil meine Empfehlung, passend zur Jagdsaison, aufgefüllt mit hausgemachtem Latezli. Abschließend – nach mehrmaligem Besuch im Frischen, kann ich das Restaurant mit gemütlichem Loungebereich nur wärmstens empfehlen!
as I live in the opposite, I regularly visit the fresh with friends and family and am happy every time. Asian food is super, authentic and not comparable to other restaurants in the environment. However, we do not have to make a distinction between the European institutions. so there is something for everyone. the restaurant is very clean and the eating fresh and appealing dressed and the ambiente is very modern but still cozy.My absolute favourite dish, which I would recommend to everyone, is the red curry (with creamvetten.)
easily accessible by tram and by car (parking in close proximity). cool restaurant with cool wet, who understands to pamper his guests kulinar. who puts on healthy eating is there at the right address. in the summer you also have the possibility to eat outside. the only thing I don't like is the interior lighting, otherwise everything is in the best order!
after almost a year, as again with a group of four people went to eat in the fresh in ash. again a surprise menu selected. all the foods were exceptional and very tasty. a successful combination of Asian influences and European cuisine. from the appetizer to dessert. service was intrusive and very accommodating. are very happy to come back.

In herrlich gemütlicher Atmosphäre konnten wir die frische asiatische Küche fernab vom Mainstream genießen. Der Service und der Koch persönlich waren sehr zuvorkommend. Der Gaumen wird verwöhnt und das Wee passt hervorragend – was in der asiatischen Küche nicht immer einfach ist. - auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!
we were in the evening in the fresh. out of ours was only another table occupied, which was not very cozy. the food was good, though not overwhelming. in the following night, both my wife and I got severe stomach cramps. I don't know if it was eating. I can't recommend this fresh.
the food consists of tasty and fresh ingredients, well seasoned with "asian touch." the service is friendly and attentive.The price-performance ratio is somewhat unbalanced, for me personally something too expensive to pick up the fresh more often.
It was just delicious! I'm from the US and went to switzerland for holidays. The french fries were really good! For the starter I took the Wantan which I really recommend! I'm definitely coming back when I'm in switzerland again.

the fresh is always worth a visit. the food is freshly cooked and presented appealingly. I like it every time. with warm weather the terrace is recommended.
