I was extremely disappointed. I hadn't eaten here since they rebuilt after the fire, and I was hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, I was disappointed again. I ordered some fried wings and fried rice, but my rice had a strange smell and was soggy. The chicken wings were burnt and greasy. The only decent dish was the California roll. The soup was too salty and the chips were stale. I was disappointed because this place used to be good. I had to take my kids somewhere else to eat. I usually give a second chance, but two strikes is enough for me. The restaurant needs to improve their quality.
I visited the restaurant on Saturday for lunch with my daughter, but to my surprise, they were only offering takeout. I've noticed that many Asian restaurants in this area are doing the same, while other establishments are still allowing dine-in. It's important to pay attention to these changes. It seems like they're trying to make this a permanent business model. I refuse to support them by standing outside like I'm waiting for scraps until my food is ready. Enough is enough!
I was truly impressed by the incredible food at this restaurant. It was our first time visiting, and we opted to try the sushi. We dined in, and the waitress was exceptionally friendly. We're definitely planning to return! The service was outstanding, warranting a perfect 5-star rating. The atmosphere was equally fantastic, also deserving a 5. I highly recommend the California Roll, sushi, and Crab Rangoon. The dinner cost per person was between $20 and $30.
I would highly recommend avoiding this restaurant. While it’s budget-friendly, they impose illegal surcharges for credit card payments and even for basic requests like rice without onions. The staff, who are of Chinese descent, do not provide a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I would give the experience a rating of 1 out of 5 for both the food and the ambiance. The average cost per person for lunch is between $10 and $20.

This restaurant is incredible! I’ve never dined in, but everything I’ve ordered has been excellent. I was hesitant about the sushi, but it turned out to be perfect! The Soft Shell Crab Roll, lo mein, fried rice, egg roll, and Tom Kha soup are all delicious! The service is consistently quick. I truly love this place!
Fresh Wok offers the best Chinese food in the Richmond area. Since I relocated here in 2015, I've been on the lookout for my go-to Chinese place, and I've finally found it. Everything on the menu is delicious, and the delivery is quite fast as well!
Overall, this restaurant offers fantastic takeout food, features exceptional service, and has a warm and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend trying their fried rice, sushi, and rolls. I would rate it a perfect 5 out of 5 in every category.
My food is always so good and fresh, I spend all of my money here. I do get rude customer service sometimes when taking my order then am asked for a tip after being rude, but other than that I enjoy Fresh Wok.

Great food everything from hot sour soup, wonton, egg drop to 4 different entrees everything was delicious and very fresh. We will definitely be back wish there were more locations in Richmond.
