During a recent order, the Chicken Avocado Panini arrived in questionable condition, with chicken and bits of crust on top of the sandwich. I had to call the restaurant to ensure it hadn’t been tampered with; they explained that it was simply a rushed preparation, and some ingredients spilled out while cutting the sandwich. They offered to remake it, but it would take too long and conflict with our lunch breaks.

Place is very nice and clean, ingredients taste very fresh… however staff needs to be properly trained for so many reasons. Main thing is Inconsistency. You can order the same order but every staff member will make it completely different. They are simply told to look at a piece of paper with ingredients and put that. Eg. Today I had a wrap that when I opened the bag it completely fell apart. Also prices always vary depending on who charges me… so that says a lot of the consistency of the food. Staff is overall nice/ polite.
It was expensive for some things I ordered boba tea and they were out of boba, then I got two paninis which I waited 20mins for not sure why… all came out to 34$ but I was charged for a tip I didn’t put? So total came out to $40 which I wouldn’t have minded if I didn’t get my food 20-25mins later and just for two panini’s which were small and the chicken was burnt on it… I’m good won’t be going back. They may not the employees enough so I can understand but I paid for garbage basically ?
Staff retraining immediately: shady, confusing dehumanizing ableism. As a neighbor who lived over a year, I only came here twice, as the treatment was stale, as was the food that wasn’t warmed up, and misdirected dietary needs despite asking multiple times. The only thing Fresh here is the decor, but the silent treatment was mixed into ruining our experience.

I'm absolutely hooked on the poke bowls here! The staff is incredibly friendly and the place is spotless and charming. I absolutely adore the Hawaiian poke bowl with fresh salmon—my mouth waters just thinking about it! It's so fresh and delicious! This is definitely the best food spot in the area, especially since it offers a healthier option!
I had the Aloha Poke bowl for lunch, and you can really taste the freshness of the ingredients—it's delicious! The only drawback during my visit was the limited drink options available. However, the restaurant is clean, has a great ambiance, and is located in a nice spot.
I experienced food poisoning after eating a crab bowl at this restaurant. I was on a business trip and had to pull over while driving to be sick. I do not recommend this place.
Went here expecting good food because of the reviews but not the case the food was old and microwaved nothing about it was fresh

Smoothies good for kids. Salads and wraps good for all ages! Yum!
