I want to start off by saying that our waiter was so nice and kind, he took good care of us and made sure we had drinks. That 's why I 'm giving Service five stars. But sadly, that 's the only nice thing I have to say. I ordered the cod and shrimp with mac and cheese and fries as my two sides. My first red flag was that the mac and cheese was some kind of Velveeta mac and cheese from the box, except it was worse than the Velveeta brand. Unflavorful and gross. The cod was absolutely dreadful. It was soaked in grease and so overcooked and chewy that my jaw actually really hurts from having to chew it so much so that I didn 't choke on it. The shrimp was also loaded with grease but at least it...

Come here often .Food always good, staff and bartenders simply awesome..Great place for private parties too. Kid-friendliness: My children are grown, but my grandkids are always treated well, and welcome.

The absolute best fried fish around. They also have the best pizza on the illinois side of the river. And great prices. And the service is always friendly.
