It?s a nice fast casual restaurant it?s designed like an old school diner. You order your food at the front and seat yourself and they bring you your meal and they have the full friendly?s menu. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries, it was good, alittle smaller than their full restaurant locations burger but still good and it to me was more like a smash burger. Overall thelocation is nice, I do wish it was a little cleaner especially with the seats and bathroom, but it overall was a good experienceand I would go back.
I want to emphasize that the food is exceptional! However, it's the little things that can be quite disappointing. For instance, they forgot to include all the sauces for each meal! The BBQ sauce was missing with the chicken strips, the tartar sauce was not provided for the clam strips, and the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks was also absent. It’s incredibly frustrating! These small oversights can significantly impact the dining experience. Attention to detail really matters!
I don't understand why I ordered a Jim Dandy n it's made pretty bad, there's more topping then ice cream. I figured for a pretty new place things would b better then other Friendly's but no. If you don't know how to make a Jim Dandy then ask to b retrainedor maybe someone there just don't care, or maybe you guys cutting back due to inflation. Either way it wasn't a Jim Dandysize. Hope the manager cares enough to watch these employees do their job correctly.

Designed to be just like a Cafe where you order then are given a table card and sit, serve yourself soda, one of the staff runners come out and deliver to your table. You clear the table yourself. I would say a bit pricey but isn 't that everywhere now? (5 chicken tenders and fries/coleslaw for 15.99)

My friend and I both ordered the bacon Mac and cheese burger with waffle fries and a strawberry milkshake. The burgers were absolutely delicious! It was a perfect combination of three of our favorite guilty pleasures in one mouth-watering meal. Although they forgot our milkshake, overall our experience tonight was fantastic.
very disappointing. paid $17 for a chicken tender entree and got 5 small dried out chicken fingers and not even a half cup of cole slaw. Oh ya and no marinara for the mozz sticks i ordered. giving 2 stars because at least it tasted fine. but paying $35 for cafeteria food, i feel violated

The food was delicious overall, but there was a dead bug in my macaroni side dish which was disgusting. Additionally, I ordered a cheeseburger but received a hamburger instead. Very disappointing experience.
