What a cute place to go for a mid-week pick-me-up! My girlfriend and I met up here on Thursday evening for some drinks and munchies. We arrived around 5pm and the happy hour rush was already there. As a side note, parking is quite disastrous in this area, so anticipate adding at least another 10+ mins to your time just to find a spot! I visited this restaurant to celebrate my friend's birthday, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Our waitress was friendly and made frequent stops to check on us. The beer cheese soup had a strong flavor and great seasoning, but I think it would be even better with some bread crisps on the side. I shared the mac and cheese with my friend, and I appreciated that it was served on two plates. The mac and cheese was good; however, the chicken tasted like it had come straight from the freezer. 3.5 stars Pretty good spot with a great patio. The food and drinks were good, and the atmosphere was calm and laid back. I enjoyed my chicken sandwich, and the fried pickles were tasty. The fries were excellent. My drink was good as well. The prices were reasonable. I had to knock off 1.5 stars for service. It took a really long time for our serve to come around to us, even though she went to tables near us who were seated after us. It took a while to even get water. It was a busy day, so that would be understandable if everyone around us a was waiting a while, but 3 tables who sat down after us received water before we did.
We went out for dinner on a Saturday night, and the service was disappointing. It took nearly 30 minutes just to place our drink order, and we waited about an hour for our appetizers. The entire dining experience lasted around two hours. I ordered the meatloaf, which was dry and burnt. My wife had the chicken wrap, which was just mediocre. We also tried the barbecue ribs and pulled chicken, but they were both dry and overcooked. I definitely wouldn't recommend this restaurant, nor would I return.

The potato flatbread was a delicious appetizer and the waitress kept our drinks filled while we waited on our meal. Overall we were in and out in an hr and 30 mins on a busy Saturday. That included a small birthday celebration dessert.
I visited the restaurant with my brother, and we were impressed by the incredibly fast service. The salmon salad was absolutely delicious. Emma was fantastic—helpful, kind, and thoughtful. She quickly got the Cubs game on for us, which was much appreciated. She’s definitely my favorite bartender since I started coming here seven years ago.
