Last weekend was our first time at Victory Meat Seafood downtown Elmhurst, the place is amazing inside, the food was delicious and the service was second to none! Our Waiter name was Reynaldo, he made the experience perfect! He was very knowledgeable, very professional, and quite funny which made the night even better! He explained everything and did not rush us. The Old fashions were phenomenal, and the menu was great, it had everything that one would want on a single page. We are new to the neighborhood and really enjoy going to Victory. It was my fifth time dining there! We took a dear friend and our daughter for dinner and it was delicious (as always)! We sat outside, the weather was perfect and while the atmosphere was wonderfully casual, the food was anything but casual! Fantastic preparation and oh so good. Keep it up and I will become a face you will recognize!
Just a night out with the family. The food was great. One of the best spots in the western burbs. My favorite is the strip and they always have great fresh oysters. My wife had the sea bass special which was great. My daughter loved the chicken parm. Didn’t love the baked clams too much breading. But you don’t throw away a Rolls because it has a dent. Highly recommend the Old Fashioned!
Beautiful evening dining outside at Victory! From the yummy pineapple margarita (which went down way too fast) to the beet/burrata salad and the risotto and crispy chicken! Everything was so good. Can't believe how busy indoor dining got in the hour we were casually sitting outside enjoying a summer evening. Thank you for the great service Gabriel and the wonderful food.
I actually would prefer this review only be seen by Victory and not by the public. But we had a very rare miss there last night. That back room is a major bummer. Needs more tables or something to match the energy of the original room. The vibe in there is a downer. Took us 25 mins to get our drinks. Usually outstanding but a poor experience on Friday.
Our meals were excellent. I think the menu is a little more limited than I remember during my visits pre- COVID. We will be back
Appetizer was great. Food took a long while to come out. We weren’t a fan of the Salmon or Seabass. Otherwise drinks were good.
I always loved this place, but he's on the hill. It used to be a five-star restaurant and it's nowhere as good as before.
