Hello, Last week, we came with family for my wife's birthday. This stay was booked in July 2023 , and it was told that it would not be possible to dine on Saturday night because the restaurant was reserved for a wedding. This allowed us to discover new restaurants around the hotel. On Saturday morning, at the time of breakfast, we asked if it was possible to put at the expense 2 bottles of champagne and to pick them up around 5:00 pm, one of your collaborators, we kindly replied that normally it was not possible but that as we could not dine on site, she wanted to give us this service.
