Hello, Last week, we came with family for my wife's birthday. This stay was booked in July 2023 , and it was told that it would not be possible to dine on Saturday night because the restaurant was reserved for a wedding. This allowed us to discover new restaurants around the hotel. On Saturday morning, at the time of breakfast, we asked if it was possible to put at the expense 2 bottles of champagne and to pick them up around 5:00 pm, one of your collaborators, we kindly replied that normally it was not possible but that as we could not dine on site, she wanted to give us this service. On my return to recover the bottles, a hotel master welcomed me very dryly, asking me who could afford this...
The most: The location is really at the top. The frame is perfect and very relaxing. At least: very small and old room. You can absolutely not go around the bed, more impossible to leave the window open to the risk of getting hurt when you are lying your feet slashes the windows!!!! Last poin negative: impossible to have lunch or dinner without reservation, we are always answered complete while we see that there are very few customers. Being very satisfied with our previous visit, last year, in your establishment, we have this time here a little disappointed with the service at both the size of the room and the sdb But also by the service at the fairly cold restaurant.
Great place nice and simple. Unplanned stop and big discovery. Andouillette fries the top. Affordable prices. And then the “routard” logo for more than 10 years has been awarded only on recognized qualities. A big bravo to you.

Beautiful hotel in very beautiful site, heated swimming pool very pleasant. The room is a little dated on the other hand and the bed is a little just.
A point of honour for staff kindness :the Ladies of the welcome, the ladies who keep the rooms, the ladies at breakfast and at the restaurant.
Nice experience with bongo. We were very welcome, the rooms a little dark but very pleasant and the dinner was just perfect. Very good address
Outside the city, exceptional setting and bravo at receptionist and restaurant staff for their reception. We will return and we recommend.
