The restaurant itself is small and we were seated quickly as we came on a weekday at 7PM. The aunties that work here don't speak much English, but they try their very best to communicate.We ordered using the QR code on the table. We got the Shanghai wonton soup, beef and leek pancake/pie, and the pork and corn dumplings. The wontons had such smooth skin and the soup was the perfect balance of light and flavorful. Alhambra and the San Gabriel Valley by in large is known for their delicious dumplings, and Min Min Pie House certainly belongs in the upper tier of Dumpling houses.It's a small quaint little place, your hole-in-a-wall family-run type of restaurant, and they sure know how to make amazing dumplings!We had the beef and leek hand-made pan-fried dumplings and it was just so delicious. The sear was perfection and t meat and wonton play together beautifully.For $11, you also get a big bang for your money with 10 pieces. Many place would only give you 5 dumplings for the same price.So yes, I highly recommend Min Min Pie House!
This family owned, quaint little shop is such a gem. Time after time, Min Min doesn't disappoint. It's one of those foods that you will crave because it's so uniquely delicious.The noodles are simple but perfectly balanced in flavor paired with chewy noodles. I like to add a bit of black vinegar to give it a tang halfway through. The dumplings are standard but the pancakes are the true stars. The I credibly juicy and umami packed filling wrapped with delightfully crispy pan fried dough are unforgettable.There is a $15 minimum for credit card so be sure to keep some cash on hand if you're not planning to order at least 2 items.
Our family has been enjoying meals at this restaurant since last year, and they consistently deliver excellent food. You might have to wait a little for your order, but that’s not a big issue. The place is always clean, and the food is always fantastic. If you can, paying in cash will definitely put a smile on their faces. They also do a great job accommodating special dietary requests.

Went here on a whim, wanted to try Borneo but it was packed. This place...was a pleasant surprise. Steamed pork dumplings is so good we ordered seconds got the frozen ones to go !! Beef noodle soup ....don't sleep on this one. It's amazing.
This restaurant offers the best pan-fried dumplings I've ever tasted in the United States! The flavor is truly authentic, and they are wonderfully crispy and delicious!
Delicious small family restaurant with incredible dumplings available fried or steamed. The house chili oil is nice and smoky.
There might be our favorite dumplings and meat pies in the San Gabriel Valley right now. They are very fresh and super savory!
