I was excited to try The Best Burger! I was hungry, so I decided to order the 1lb burger with Swiss cheese, grilled onions, mushrooms, and bacon, with onion rings on the side. When I was asked how I wanted it cooked, I chose medium based on their sign on the wall. However, the burger came out well done and lacking in flavor. When I brought it up with the server, she simply apologized and shrugged. I decided to have it remade, but the second burger also came out overcooked and flavorless. It was disappointing that they couldn't get a simple burger right, especially considering that it is their specialty. Terrible !!! Family’s beware !!! It makes me put 1star or I wouldn’t !! Not the worlds best burger any longer. Watch your receipt if you make the bad decision to eat at a Fuddruckers in Commerce Ga. You have to ask for an itemized receipt in an attempt to sneak in extra charges to get a combo with your subpar burger . I’ll explain …..As you see below EVERYTHING is up charged and oh by the way that FREESTYLE add on is the drink added to the combo which was already an up charge of 2.99 !?!?This is not the Fuddruckers I grew up with DONT BE FOOLED just go anywhere else. This is the very last visit for me .I will pay any amount for a well prepared meal but I don’t like the underhanded operations...
The restaurant was clean and my burger was amazing as always! Fuddruckers has really fantastic burgers. The Coke Remix machines are also fun for many drinks. The fish and chips leave something to be desired in any case, but as I said to my son, you ordered fish and chips at a burger place. The loaded frits we ordered are pretty good, but they forgot the bacon? And the milkshakes were strange as if they made them with water instead of milk. You have the option to choose how you want your burger cooked, which comes with a reasonably thick patty and fresh toppings bar. The burger is well-seasoned and delicious. While it may be a bit more expensive, this seems to be the norm these days. The restaurant is clean and shiny, making for a pleasant dining experience. Overall, this place is highly underrated and serves a great burger. The cashier who took our order was kind. Our thick burgers were cooked as we ordered them. My was well done, no pink, had a small crispy edge around the burger. It was tender and delicious. A number of frits was a large amount, enough for 2 people. I'm not crazy about the heavy wort they put on the pommes, but they were very different. The spice bar was clean, salad, cut tomatoes, onions, pimples were cooled and had a fresh appearance.

The staff was friendly, the food was served hot and made to order, but the value for the price just isn't there. Paying $15-$20 for a burger is not worth it when there are Culver's and Five Guys just a few miles away. It may be the best burger I've ever had at a gas station, but that's about it.

The food was slightly overcooked for everyone at our table, as indicated by the chart at the cash register. Additionally, some of the soda flavors were running low on syrup. Despite these issues, overall our dining experience was enjoyable.
