My roommate Josh used to work here. He told me they were good, but he never told me they were THIS good. we just left, they close at 1am on weekend and that's perfect! Conveniently in downtown Taunton, plenty of parking across the street. I just had THE best spicy salmon roll of my life. The fish was fresh so tender which is crazy because we ordered at 11pm. Customer service is unmatched. I didn't even know it was the sushi chef that brought our maki to the table. She seemed genuinely flattered when I complimented the sushi, I can tell she really cares about the food experience as a whole. I don't know how this restaurant hasn't garnered a tippy top rating in Taunton to this point. Maybe things have changed since inception, maybe there is new ownership, or whatever secret ingredient that may have been lost has now been found. However, the ramen we just ate was SPECTACULAR. The service was great, the atmosphere was welcoming. I think we found our new spot (at least to us for some great eats. Thank you so much for making my Saturday night Fusion Kitchen :
best sushi around hands down, plus everything else I've tried there was absolutely the best tasting food on earth...Lisa aka the dragon lady is the owner along with her master chef husband, together they've created Taunton Massachusetts number 1 restaurant...try it or miss out on tasting heavenly foods here on earth
Staff was so friendly and helpful, menu is easy to understand, the place is very nice and neat, best sushi at the heart of the town, food is amazing!!! Tasteful, well cooked, the sauces, spices and seasonings all well put together! I loved everything I had so far I'm definitely trying the whole damn menu!!

Great food that is freshly made. Love the food here. Yummy fresh ramen and udon. The scallion package is amazing. The sweet and potato maki are delicious. Wonderful staff and gem in the green.
Very loving people, the service was on point. They really enjoy making sure their customers are comfortable. Always attentive 5 Street Parking after 5 is free and not timed!!
The customer service is consistently quick, lovely mood, helpful staff. Will come back again when I get in the area.
Idk why this restaurant got less than five star. Lisa is super nice and the Ramon is delicious. going back again

Great drinks, amazing food and great atmosphere. The waitress/ staff and owner make the place even better.
