We have often sat across from this restaurant and had a coffee or a drink in the bar next door but last Sunday was our first visit to eat. The menu outside looked very interesting with a view different items offered and we are always looking for a restaurant that's a little different from all the others and tries to be original. Being a beautiful sunny day we sat outside overlooking the Ria Formosa, which in itself is always a treat. The waitress who I think is also the owner was very helpful and we ordered a plate of Amêijoa, (clams), as an entrée with a very nice carafe of house white while we chose our main course. We were both torn between the Raia Alhada or Octopus but in the end we bot...
We enjoyed a fantastic meal with a large group of 7. Service was excellent and food was prepared in good time despite the group. The outdoor decking sits on the edge of the beach and is a fantastic spot for a leisurely dinner watching the sun set. The food itself was superb - fresh fish caught daily is displayed while you browse the menu - I really enjoyed the sole. The octopus speciality looked tempting and the steaks were also excellent if fish not your thing. Wonderful evening and would definitely visit again.
This was just a great eating experience in one of the lesser known restaurants in the fine fishing village of Santa Luzia. Two of our group had Tuna steak which was cooked superbly. One had clams and the other Corvina. All the meals were excellent and the service superb. We would certainly recommend this establishment if you want a seafood at a good price.

Atendimento muito agradável e personalizado. Robalo e atum foram bem preparados. Poderia usar um pouco menos de sal. Não é caro, mas muito saboroso.
Zeer prettige en persoonlijke bediening. Zeebaars en tonijn waren lekker bereid. Mocht iets minder zout. Niet duur maar erg lekker.
