We were served by Craig, who took quite a while to come over for our drink orders; it took 15 minutes, and he forgot to bring soda twice. We ordered appetizers to start, but they arrived at the same time as our main dishes, which made for a crowded table. It was obvious that the food had been sitting out for a while; the spinach dip was cold, the calamari was mushy, and the dill pickles were overly soft. When it came to our main courses, four of us received cold, overcooked fries, while my toddler's meal was served noticeably cold. Two of the chicken wraps were also served with cold chicken. someone else checked us and forgot the reservation. table of 8! it was not busy at all, more empty tables then full, maybe 6 other tables at this time we had craig than our server. we sat and waited 15 minutes to get him over even for drinks, where he had forgotten a papst twice. we ordered apps to start and they were brought out with our food. 8 people, not a very large table for all plates. you could say that everything was for a while, as our spin-dip was cold, the calamari was squishy and our dill-picks were easy to bite. our main dishes 4 people fries were cold and over cooked, my small children's meal was instantly frissable, so it was cold, two of the packings ordered the chicken was...
The waitress was not at all interested in serving us. Came by only a couple times, offered nothing for the birthday party we were there to celebrate. She got the orders wrong and rushed us out when the restaurant was only 1/4 full. The game area is ridiculously expensive. $20 gets 5 arcade games which is disgusting!! The kids blew through their money in minutes. The prize selection was terrible, not to mention none of the prizes costs were marked. They were obviously in the process of restocking the area which I understand has to be done (but I wouldn’t consider Saturday a great day to do that) regardless it was as though we were inconveniencing them by asking how much the prizes were worth....
I brought 7 10 year old boys for a birthday party. Our server, Anita, was amazing. She was very helpful, and was always available to serve our table of rather rambunctious kids. She also had great suggestions for the best way to do things with the kids as well. She was greatly appreciated! When the group of servers came out with the birthday cake I was amazed at how well so many of them interacted with the kids. It was a really great party for my boy. Thank you. Plan to budget around $200 for a family of four to enjoy a meal and some games. Could you consider placing hand sanitizer stations throughout the facility? #germaphobe
this is place is too cynical restaurant and arcade), squeezing as much cash as possible... it is not cheap yet everything about it is, not coming back
The trivia night at Ruby Entertainment is enjoyable, but there's definitely room for improvement. I can see that the managers are making an effort.
