a restaurant that makes a mix of planchas and traditional Japanese. the plancha fish is composed of the choice of teriyaki salmon, cod sauce sweet soy sauce or dorade sauce soy sauce onion. all served with a pan in the vegetable plancha. Yesterday it was onion mushroom broccoli and peppers. a light and sufficient dish in quantity for who wants to eat well and healthy.
