Destroyed Gaberial's pizza, Milano's, all who allegedly make a real French Canadian pizza. Every little pizza compound from Toronto to Montreal that is worth your $27 for a big one belongs to Greeks. This place was unrealistic. We have a traditional Canadian (Ppp,...Bacon and Mushroom) that was not on the menu. The amount of cheese they use and homemade bacon they add is unreal. I wouldn't dare add double cheese, I don't think it would be good that there is so much. Apparently, their bottoms are very popular and glancing at a few tables about them looked fantastic. We used to come on occasion when we were in the area, looking forward to their wonderful pizza. They were generous with the topings and the quality of the ingredients was always top notch. Unfortunately, this was not the case this time. Less generous with the topings and the cross was almost burned, very hard to cut it even with a steak knife. Will give it another try sometime but NOT for the pizza.
I have been ordering from Gatineau pizza for the last 50 years back when the restaurant was on Maloney. I have noticed the last while the quality has been going downhill. The sauce is not the same flavour and quality.
