UPDATE Second Visit. Was there Sunday night with wife and daughter. I have to give kudos to the floor manager. Food was good as usual salad bar was great. But it seems daughter had an upset stomach so she didn’t really eat. She asked waiter if she could take food on her plate home because her stomach was upset, waiter deferred the floor manager, and he said no as it is Restaurant policy. I explained to daughter that at buffets and places like this , they don’t allow take home as too many people would abuse the privilege. We all understood and went on to finish our meal. Worst service ever! We had my brothers wedding reception dinner here in the private room the servers are so slow and couldn’t get things right. They were more focused on one side of the table and ignored my family side (groom side) of the table at the far end which is ridiculous. To make it worse, they couldn’t even get our bills right. My kids kept asking why were they skipping over us even though we had our card on green. When they did decided to come by, we were left with the nasty ends of the meat that looked burnt and dried. Tried waving them down a few times and got ignored. We had no grilled shrimp or wings which is what my kids wanted mainly since they can’t eat too much red meat! No...
Great food and service. Great experience; salad bar is the best among all the Brazilian steakhouse with the best Lobster bisque. The meets are tender and not overly salted. The servers were great; you need to inform them if you are celebrating an occasion to get a complimentary dessert. We did get the cooking preferences and everything we asked for except the filet Mignon and the lamp chops; I did ask for them and never really got them. You have to book a table in advance and they do have a VIP room for celebrations. I recommend going there and remember to be prepared and hungry; a lot of different items to try . Wonderful experience, held family (wedding) party here for 37 guests in side (private) room. Service was very good, food was fantastic, guests enjoyed the salad bar, meat selections, and drinks. Tables were set up for cakes (which were brought in from outside vendor). There was slight confusion due to mis-communication on closing the bar tab later in the evening, but not a fault of the restaurant and would not stop me from returning ! Went in for Houston restaurant week but decided to get the regular menu due to beef ribs and lamb chops. Never brought them had to ask numerous times and by the time they brought the first one it was so over done and tasted and texture was like brisket not rib and honestly by this time we got full off the other stuff.
I have to give this restaurant a full 5* review. The service was top-notch. Great drinks. Awesome salad bar. And the meat! All fresh and delicious. Most importantly, my wife was happy on our anniversary date. Yes, it was expensive but worth every dollar.
This place was awesome!! The meats were good, service was fantastic! Definitely would come back here for sure!! Just an awesome place filled with awesome people that (you can tell) love working here! 10/10 on all aspects of this place

First time in this place, we had a great time celebrating my wife’s birthday, salad bar is super good but save some place for the meat, lamb chops and picaña are my favorites.
