The gelato at this restaurant is amazing! I took home a quarter and a pint of blood orange and limette flavors, and was worried they would freeze too hard to scoop, but they remained creamy and easy to scoop throughout the day. The flavors tasted like fresh fruits and were delicious. Although the price for 1 quarter, 1 pint, and 3 cannolis was around $38, it was well worth it for a top-notch gelato that I would not be able to afford regularly.
If you are looking for a treat look no further than this lovely dessert place. With a selection of amazing gelatoes its hard to pick a favorite but pumpkin was the most talked about at the table. The portions were very small for what you paid for but we really enjoyed what we ate. Right next door to a lovely outdoor plaza with a large Italian marble fountain and chess tables in the back all set up for a game.
So good! Pricy for a small serving, so if you are expecting cheap ice cream and an oversized American serving, this is not the place for you. These are fairly small cups of excellent gelato in a range of flavors depending on the day. So far I have had half a dozen fruit flavors, mint chip, and espresso chip. All are excellent, but the lemon is what keeps me coming back.
