3 Stars is optimistic but fair. Seated 13 min late and several other parties were pushed back past their time. Waiter was good; said bread was coming out but never made the table. Wine was late. You could tell by looking at all tables that services were struggling to be crisp and on time. Food was excellent. The restaurant dress code caption online said find dining , no caps, crop tops , etc. There were caps, dew rags, beanies, flip flops, shorts and pants 6 inches below the belt line. So my recommendations is to completely remove the dress code listed. Possibly put no shirt, no shoes, no bathing suites.... no service so that people thinking that there is a dress code can relax and know what...
I was at the Hyatt St. Louis at a conference and took a client to dinner at Ruth’s Chris. Service was absolutely top-notch. Table was a lovely booth with private sides, which made it quiet and easy to talk. The food was excellent and the client was overjoyed with the entire experience, which was my goal. The waitress Jasmine was terrific and kept checking back to make sure we were happy. The manager even came over to make sure everything was top-notch. It was an excellent experience.
Ruth’s Chris did not disappoint. Undoubtedly it ranks as one of the finest dining experiences we’ve had. The Caesar’s salad and au gratin potatoes were the best I’ve ever had. The filets were cooked to absolute perfection!! Our waitress Haven was wonderful! Even on a busy night she kept us informed. We’ll definitely be back!

Ruth’s Chris was an amazing experience! Elegant, very clean the food was Delicious. After celebrating my Anniversary, I can’t wait for our next visit.
