I ordered from here for the first time yesterday. I ordered an Italian cold cut online and completely customized my order. When I drove there, it looked like the place was closed and given the current pandemic, that wasn't surprising to me. 10 minuteslater they called me to ask if I was coming for my order. I explained my situation about when I got there the first time and Iknew they were supposed to close in 10 minutes. Well, they not only stayed open for me to pick up my sandwich, but this cold cutwas the best I've had in a very long time! They have definitely gotten a customer for life! Go check them out!
I placed my first order at Genova's To Go yesterday, choosing an Italian cold cut sandwich with a few customizations. When I arrived to pick it up, it looked like the restaurant was closed, which wasn't surprising given the current pandemic. About 10 minutes later, they called to follow up on my order. I informed them that I had come by earlier and knew they were closing soon. To my delight, they were still open for me to collect my sandwich, and I have to say, that cold cut was the best I've had in a long time! I will definitely be back as a loyal customer!
My wife and daughter have been ordering from Genova's To Go for a year and a half. The staff is always friendly, and they go above and beyond for us. As a New Haven pizza enthusiast, I can say their tomato and basil pizza with ricotta (which I always request) is fantastic! Keep up the great work; the competition in the area can't compare. This place is truly wonderful!
Amazing place where you’re always greeted with smiles. I tried the subs and pizza, and both were healthy and delicious. The staff even helped my friends come up with vegan meal options more than once.
