the george is a great stop after a local walk or a bike tour. the personal is always welcoming. there is a good choice of drinks and eating is pub-home cook. no pretensions to be a land gastro pub, just good honest dug.
yummy burger after a nice walk in the sun on the ridgeway. many thanks for the friendly and personal service especially from the cooking test to the ingredients. ie. no wobbles
