Ordered from here for a takeaway, having received a leaflet through the door. Sadly, their websites affiliates were so poor that the ordering process was complicated. Not just that, £5 delivery charge for a 3 mile delivery is excessive in comparison to competitors. The delivery was very slow too (ordered on a Sunday evening). The food was redemption, though. It was delicious. Would use again as a special treat maybe, because the prices are higher with the delivery charge. Strange, considering we ordered on the back of their own leaflet through the door! I used to really enjoy this restaurant when it first opened under its original owners, but things took a turn after it changed ownership. The portion sizes are disappointing for the price, and the quality of the food has declined significantly. I had to wait 30 minutes for a mixed batch order, and during that time, I noticed all three staff members on their phones instead of preparing food. What should have taken about five minutes to make ended up being a frustrating experience. I won’t be returning here again; from now on, I’ll be opting for the fish shop in Murton instead.

The food is very good but they need more staff and noticed that when staff touch their faces or wipe their brow with the back of their hands they don't wash their hands after.
