She claimed that the phone wasn’t working when others were using it without any issues. After someone else let her in, she arrived at my door with a Gerrity's cart that she needed to return. I tried to communicate that I couldn’t bend down to pick up the items she needed and asked if she could transfer them to another cart. Instead of helping, she stood there while I did all the work, leaving me with back pain.

I usually have a great experience at your stores. I 've been shopping at all your stores for years and have never had an employee be anything but respectful, until today. I 've had some kids chatting while I 'm checking out but nothing like this. I asked a very nice gentleman with black hair if there were any more rotisserie chickens left. He went to check and informed me that there were no more. I said really in disappointed a disappointed tone. Then a heavy set man walks by and say no he 's lying then going straight to the back. I was quite displeased by the encounter I had with an employee at Gerritys, who approached me with a rude attitude. While I was on a phone call, I momentarily had my mask down below my nose. The employee, whom I can only describe as a "mask enforcer," insisted that I cover my face properly, which I did. However, I noticed him turning around multiple times to check on me. As I continued my shopping, I observed the deli worker slicing meat without his mask covering his nose. During my short visit, I also spotted three other customers with their noses exposed and another employee at the customer service desk who wasn't wearing their mask properly either.
Big shout out to all the employees this week. I visited the store four times as I kept forgetting things and in the myst of mayhem, I witnessed a smile from all gerrity's staff. Kudos to u all and Happy Thanksgiving.

The prices for produce are consistently quite high, but overall, it's an okay place. I wish they would bring back the bench that used to be outside so that customers have somewhere to sit while waiting for the bus.
I never had a hoagie from this store and decided to try one today and my bread is hard and breaking into pieces as I pushed down on it, never again will I buy anything but groceries from this supermarket

My favorite is Gerritys hot food,only wish they were closer. I live in Effort and there was supposed to be a Gerritys opening here . Don’t know what happened

I have been shopping at Gerrity's for many years. I personally can say all bakery, produce and all meats are the freshest.
Their cakes are always on point. I will not go any where else for cake.
