We ordered a Getta Cheese (Burger), Fries and a Chocolate Milkshake.
The Burger itself was excellent - well cooked, juicy, lots of cheese and very tasty. Unfortunately the sesame seed bun was way too big for the Burger and was VERY dry. The burger itself rated a 4, but with the bun it rated a 3. Pair that burger with a soft brioche bun and you could be looking at one of the better burgers in Brisbane.
The fries were enormous! The first few fries coated in Smoked Sea Dust were quite nice, but the cumulative effect with an order this large was very overpowering. In the end we didn't eat most...

Ive been to Getta 3 times and tonight will be my last time.
Burger: Bun was old school bread, dry by the standards set by the likes of 'Bens' in West End
Brisket was brilliant so tasty! If it wasn't so fatty.
Fries. Those old style McDonalds super thin all fat and crisp but no chip. The new standard is chunky, crisp, fluffy inside; the chips are a fail. [if you want brilliant fries 'West End Charcoal' rules.
Service. I went in and was the only customer there. Two people working, one in kitchen one serving. I placed my order and then it was Uber, Uber, Uber. I waited and waited. Slow. Way too slow.
Fast food must be fast, and Getta isn't.
Got three burgers and chips from West End for family dinner on the recommendation of my daughter who raves about the Carina store.45 bucks later we couldn't eat the buns as they were genuinely stale, the patty was awesomely dry and the chips were cold.Surprisingly poor outcome given the good burgers my daughter got at Carina, but I see that other West End reviewers have had similar experiences, so maybe I have learnt a lesson.

Great service and good burgers with some delicious brisket. I had the getta Mr mustard, fries and onion rings. The rings were the second best I've had (best for me is tipplers tap), fries seasoning was a bit full on but nice. Mr mustard was great and my friends were stoked with their two other burgers.
I have been here many many times!
It's one of my go to places especially when I'm craving something rich and heavy!
Mr mustard is my favourite plus can't give the filthy fries a miss!

This is definitely one of the best burgers I've eaten anywhere else, the getta lot with extra patty and the onion rings were tasty. Delivered by uber and it was absolutely amazing ????????????
Tasted like a McDonald's burger- but dryer.
Bread was super thick which didn't help.
Feel like I'll be digesting this for a week ????
Was looking forward to this but very disappointed.

Had the Getta BBQ melt as a takeaway, absolutely delicious! The sandwich had loads of filling with good chunks of meat and more than satisfying. Will definitely be back!
Amazing food I've never been disappointed yet having eaten there over 20 times! Great quality tasty food
