This is the third time that I have ordered the BLT pizza and never received the lettuce. I ordered at 8:15 and am not sure when my order was delivered as no one called me. My garden pizza has a bunch of raw veggies on it. I really want to do local but when 2 pizzas cost close to 45 dollars they should be correct. I tried to call to get lettuce for my but pizza and they are closed Dietary restrictions: They do have gluten free but I would not recommend for their price
We placed an online order for our family, but unfortunately, it wasn’t completely accurate. Gia's sent us the wrong pizzas meant for our picky little boys. I called hoping they could resolve the issue so our kids could enjoy their dinner, but they refused to help. As a result, I ended up with two very disappointed children. I had a better impression of Gia's, as we used to be regular customers, but now I think we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.
Solid pizza selection, not the best I have had but quite enjoyable. On the most recent trip we had the lumberjack pizza, which was overflowing with sausage. Only negative, the bartender was the only person serving patrons and taking/delivering orders.Depending on the flow of people wanting drinks or wanting to close their tab, you could wait a long time for service. The restaurant was quiet as they were getting ready to close. Unfortunately, they didn't put any sauce on my pizza, and I wish they had informed me that the kitchen was shutting down for the night. Overall, I would rate the food a 2, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 4.
Fantastic pizza and welcoming staff! This is our top choice for pizza in O'Fallon. Jacqueline is an amazing server who managed to handle half the restaurant even on a busy day. She deserves a raise!
